You can Run it from the link, save it to your computer or cancel.
If you click run, it may ask you again what you want to do, because it is an executable, you may have trouble running it directly from the site, and you might have to save it to your computer?
If you clicked save, you will see;
Find a location to save your file, and then you can run it from there;
You'll see the splash screen once it runs.
